Looking for 65 percent funding for a church and school campus in Fort Myers Florida. I’m the owner. Building is 100k sq ft. Appraised last month at 7.1 million. Rental income is about 40k a month. The buyer is one of the tenants paying 15k a month for almost 4 years.
