Our lending roots go back to 2007 when our founders started buying multi-million dollar foreclosures at trustee sales in the Northwest. We quickly discovered that reliable, scalable capital wasn't available to trustee sale investors and in 2008 began loaning funds on the court house steps in Norwalk, CA to meet the exploding demand caused by the real estate bubble. In no time, we outgrew our founders' capital and have raised and placed hundreds of millions of dollars up and down the West coast since.

 

As the trustee sales slowed, we continued to invest heavily in bringing opportunities to our loyal customers and recently launched our DealForge platform to introduce REO and short sale opportunities to our customers.
