I have a good real estate gone bad story I bought a house to get out of debt my wife gave it away against my will and my family will I paid 30000 dollars for appraise out of $150,000 she gave it to her nice she ran off the mortgage $ $112,000 and foreclose on it in 6 years

Finally, a book that tells it like it is. So tired of all the “so easy a caveman could do it” get rich fast books. I have lost money on real estate before. Most investors have.
