Hard Money Loans

What We Do: We make residential hard money loans and commercial hard money loans and bridge loans on investment purchases AND refinances. Auction / Trustee Sales in Utah ONLY. Land Loans on a case by case basis.
What We Will NOT Do: We will not lend on Primary residences, owner occupied residential.
Loan Amount We Give You: up to 85% of Purchase Price. Most States only up to 65% of Purchase Price – Varies by State. In some states our Rehab program lends up to 65% of ARV or After Repair Value.
Interest Rates: Vary by Loan. From as low as 7.99%, to as high as 18% on land loans.
Loan Fees: Points and loan fees vary by loan. Lowest cost private money loans in the U.S.
