How to Buy Real Estate Without Cash or Credit

The University of Central Florida’s Real Estate School asked me to give a lecture on how to buy real estate without cash or credit. Say what you will about academia providing real world applicable up-to-date education, as for UCF and their real estate department, they are as real world focused and up-to-date as you’ll find in higher education. Did you know that UCF is also one of the largest universities in the United States? UCF is a huge institution. So, of course, it was an honor and a privilege to share such an important message to the students of Dr. Harris’ class. Everyone in that classroom and certainly everyone reading this should know exactly how to buy real estate without cash or credit.

You won’t have to pass UCF’s stringent admissions requirements or pay tuition to catch this lecture though. Luckily, you’re a loyal reader of this blog and I am so passionate about this subject that you get access to this for FREE! Below is the full length lecture on how to buy real estate without cash or credit that I delivered to the University of Central Florida:

The book you saw in the lecture can be purchased on Amazon here, “How to be a Real Estate Investor”. If digital or physical books are not as convenient for you as being able to listen to books on audio, I just released the Audible version of the book here, “How to be a Real Estate Investor for Audible”.

This message on how to buy real estate without cash or credit may be of great value to you, or also to someone you know. Feel free to share this video to friends or family who could benefit from it.

I AM A REAL ESTATE AGENT. I USE THAT TERM LOSELY. WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS I HOLD A LICENSE. I BOUGHT YOUR BOOK AND AM WATCHING YOUR VIDEO WHICH I FIND FACINATING AND EASY TO FOLLOW. MY QUESTION I HAVE IS HOW WELL DOES THIS WORK IN THE SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA IN CALIFORNIA. RENTS ARE OUTRAGES AND BEING ABLE TO FIND SOMETHING I CAN RENT OUT TO COLLEGE STUDENTS WOULD BE GREAT. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE APPRECIATED. IN THE MEAN TIME I WILL CONTINUE TO READ YOUR BOOK AND WATCH YOUR VIDEOS. (I AM RETIRING AND WOULD LOVE TO HAVE SOME CASH FLOW)
