  5. I see the importance of asking the right questions when making an offer. I (think I) have a deal and would like to make an offer but the owner has been non responsive on the question of how much he’s asking for. We want to try and get it under contract before it goes to tax auction and we have an offer figure in mind but don’t know what the owner has in mind. The property needs rehabbed so we don’t want to go overboard with an offer or insult the owner so we want him to give us a figure. Suggestions?

      If the seller won’t tell you what they are asking, then they aren’t a seller. Can you imagine going into WalMart and asking what the price is on a shirt and the WalMart person saying that they won’t tell you? You wouldn’t buy the hsirt because WalMart obviously doesn’t want to sell it! If a seller won’t give you an asking price, kindly ask them to call you back once they have decided on one.

    Second, letting viewers see the interaction between the coach and students is radical. You have created a new education genre by demonstrating that the students’experience turned out to be enjoyable, by your presence and guidance. What a masterstroke.
