With a portion of the proceeds from his first deal with the Freedom Mentor apprentice program, Max took a two week vacation; in Fiji the first week and then onto Sydney Australia. While poolside in the South Pacific, he put together this quick video to provide some thoughts from his experiences as well as encouragement and inspiration. There are some pearls of wisdom in this video. Perhaps some of the things he shares will resonate with you? One of the great lessons you gain from Max is that he truly understands what becoming a real estate investor is all about...creating freedom for you and your family.

Phil,
I gotta tell you that I really like reading your posts and watching your videos. I hope to be as blessed a businessman as you are.
Currently in the process of narrowing down some opportunities for RE execution. Even though it looks ‘sexy’ to see everyone talk about how many millions of dollars worth of deals you can get in a matter of months or years, I’m looking to just get started with one. Learn as much as I can, and then grow in a stable manner.
The focus for me isn’t to get rich quick, it is to retire rich and build towards the lifestyle that I want to be able to provide for my family.
I’ll keep watching, learning, and moving towards that goal.

I first learned of Phil’s Freedom Mentor Apprentice program just a couple of months ago and applied but unfortunately didn’t get accepted into the program. That’s alright. I’m not where I’d like to be, but what I heard Max say in this video rings so true! You make time and put away the nonsense because retiring broke is a nightmare!
