It's time for you to be finding and closing more deals.  I'm bringing a little tough love with this message but it may be just what you need right now to experience a breakthrough.  There has never been more motivated real estate sellers in recent history so now is the time to be building up your pipeline of deals. With more deals comes the opportunity for more closings. But due to constant changes in the marketplace, it has become increasingly more challenging to use a one-size-fits-all solution to completing back to back closings (especially ones that involve a short sale). Take Action and Market Yourself

I am sharing some advice today that may be hard to hear, but it is necessary to put out there. Buyers in America NEED you! You need to market yourself and be more creative. It is much easier than you believe. You can't sit around waiting for a deal to present itself. Beginners need to TAKE ACTION and get more deals in the pipeline, not just one deal, but many.

For my more intermediate real estate investors, let's talk about closing the deal.

Marketing your deals for your buyers as early as possible to spark interest and give yourself plenty of time to develop trusting relationships with your future buyers. Play it cool! Treat your buyers with respect and patience. This will ensure your success.
