Our Loan Process
If you are looking for a hard-money rehab loan and need a quick turnaround, you've come to the right place. Our process is quick and EZ.
To apply for a loan, you may call us or fill out the 'contact us' form. After a preliminary discussion about both you and your project, we will ask you to fill out our loan application form and review your credit report. Upon further review we will need the following: 1) purchase contract 2) property photos 3) comparable sales and 4) rehab budget (scope of work). Final approval will be made within 24 hours.
