Forms were completed and turned in to Federal Treasury in downtown Los Angeles, California in 1981. I await to hear from you because some of my earnings were deposited there. I Have been a customer of H n R Block for over 30 yrs. I recently Did My Taxes and applied for the Refund Anticipation Loan, Like I have for the past 30 yrs. I am VERY Disappointed that I only was approved for $500. dollars. All the years that I have applied I have always received at least half of my refund. Which I usually get back around $6000. I have been trying for hours to get a hold of some one who could at least explain to me how they calculated there decision , because nothing has changed in my income or my home. ..I am pretty sure that Iam not texting the right person but i have called the AXOS number and keep getting people who hardly talk english and just give me the run around… i been researching all day and looking for a number or some one who can steer me inn the right direction, Please pass this meesage on to whom ever maybe willing to help me. Im very sorry that i am bothering you with all this non sense but if i had known I was only get $500. loan i would of just done my taxes on line and saved $400. on fees. Its Just not fair. I looked forward to doing My taxes and getting this loan becuz i have been unemployed for 3 months. So all im asking is that you pass this message onto the right people, I would really like an explanation or maybe apply for another loan. Thank You So Much for your time.
