Asked Kevin Vanic and Andrew Schmidt not to run my credit if they did not plan to keep their word. Promised me over and over that the interest rate was set in stone providing my credit score was in fact over 700. Took weeks before finally coming back with an answer only to discover they had increased the interest rate by another 3% despite finding out that I had a 780 score after running my credit.
Now my score is likely negatively impacted and I have to go looking elsewhere after wasting over 6 weeks with them.
