I just want to say thank you. I devoured your book. I love all of your videos, it's all “signal”. Real estate was a dream I had when I was a child watching my father as a landlord. I always wanted to do what he did, but better. My dad holds all of his secrets close to his chest, whereas you're VERY open about it.
