Here are the ABCs of Real Estate as told by my 2 year old daughter Alexa. As you'll see, each letter of the alphabet corresponds to a real estate term. For example, A is for Agent, B is for Bank, C is for Credit, etc. My wife makes a cameo appearance at the end since it was tough to get the whole thing in one attempt. 2 year olds don't have a very long attention span. For anyone in real estate, they will really get a kick out of this. Here is Alexa reciting her real estate ABCs:
Here's the complete list:
A is for Agent
B is for Bank
C is for Credit
D is for Deed
E is for Equity
F is for Foreclosure
G is for Grant
H is for House
I is for Income
J is for ???
K is for Keys
L is for Leverage
M is for Mortgage
N is for Note
O is for Owner
P is for Profit
Q is for Quote
R is for Real Estate
S is for Short Sale
T is for Title
U is for Unit
V is for Value
W is for Warranty
X is for ???
Y is for Yield
Z is for Zoning
I saw my daughter watching YouTube videos of the alphabet and thought, "why not teach her the ABCs of real estate?" At her age, she is such a sponge that teaching her words is quite easy. And once she learns once, it sticks. So I figured now would be the perfect time to teach her the real estate ABCs!
If you have children, now is the perfect time to introduce them to the ABCs of real estate. This is the kind of education that will serve them for the rest of their lives. Sometimes, parents will bring along their children to my live trainings and it is great to see them in the audience. Financial education is more important than ever and since regular schooling doesn't teach children about how to make money, it is the responsibility of the parent to educate their children on real estate.
I hope you enjoyed the ABCs of real estate as told by a 2 year old daughter.
I would like to see a picture of your wife.
