What are the dates & times?
Although not set in stone, we are trying to lock down Friday February 24, 2022 & Saturday February 25, 2022 with a Daytona Beach hotel. For each day, it will start at 8:30AM EST, lunch break from 11:30AM to 1PM and end at 5PM EST each day.
Where is Mastery 2023 being held?
We are hoping to schedule at Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort, although this has not finalized yet. To learn more about that hotel, go here: Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort
What airport should I fly into?
Daytona Beach Florida has its own airport, Daytona International Airport, and although it has daily JetBlue flights to and from New York City, it is otherwise somewhat limited on inexpensive flights. About 30 minutes away is the Orlando Sanford International Airport which is a hub for discount airline Allegiant Air. But if you're coming from the Western half of the US, both JetBlue and Allegiant may not be your best choices. For all other major airlines, there is the Orlando International Airport which has many Southwest flights and just about every other airline you can think of since Orlando is the most visited city in the world. But Orlando International is at least an hour away, maybe a bit longer depending on traffic. Lastly, there is the Jacksonville International Airport which may have some other flight options for you. It too will be a bit over an hour drive to the hotel in Daytona.

How much do the tickets cost?
FREE* for both in person attendance as well as access to the live stream.
There is an asterisk (*) because gaining access to the event is FREE for active, current, in good standing Apprentices only. This is one of the many perks of being in this program.
How do I access the live stream?
The link to the live stream will be emailed to registrants prior to the event.
Why attend the event in-person when I can watch it live online?
The live stream is a wonderful option for most Apprentices since you can save the airfare, hotel and other travel costs. But some prefer the in-person experience since you can ask more questions and be more present if you attend. Plus, each year, we do things that only those in attendance benefit from. For example, this year, we will all be visiting a rehab project I am currently working on. The live stream technology won't allow us to take the cameras with us when we visit that property.
Can I bring my spouse?
YES! Immediate family and/or business partners are cordially invited. But friends or colleagues that you think would be interested in getting into real estate are NOT invited. Only active, current Apprentices are allowed in the door. Mastery events are NOT for guests or the general public.
Is the event being recorded?
YES! We will do our best to post the videos of the live stream after the event is over for all of those who have registered. However, it is possible that due to the nature of the segment or any technical difficulties we may experience, we may not be able to post 100% of the event.
Will the recordings be uploaded in the Videos tab of the Knowledge Center of ePartner?
MAYBE. It depends on if we feel the content is a good fit for a long term home in the Knowledge Center.
Is the content of the event going to be the same as last year?
NO! Of course not! It is going to be advanced techniques, strategies and tips that are above and beyond what you already have access to in our program. In fact, to prepare for the event, make sure you have not only completed the CORE Trainings, but also, the Comprehension Tests that correspond to each CORE training. If you are brand new, this event will feel like drinking water out of a fire hose unless you quickly get up-to-speed with the CORE Trainings and corresponding Comprehension Tests.
